Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. The role begins in August 2026 and runs through May 2027, and there are openings for both monolingual and bilingual SLPs. Your expertise will be put to use assessing, developing, and implementing individualized therapy plans, all within a welcoming and professional school environment. You can look forward to working a steady 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday, supporting students of varying ages and needs. Desired Experience and Qualifications:Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible Previous experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload Strong communication and collaboration skills Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply What You’ll Do:Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and individual settings Conduct assessments and develop appropriate goals for students Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student progress Maintain timely records, reports, and documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational planning Help ensure all students receive the support they need for academic and social success
