Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students from Kindergarten through fifth grade. This full-time, contract to hire opportunity allows you to work across two conveniently located sites, both within close proximity. Your expertise will be especially valuable in supporting students with autism, as you collaborate closely with the educational team to maximize each child’s communication potential. Skills and Experience:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure/certificationPrevious experience working with children on the autism spectrum Strong understanding of K-5 developmental milestones and educational environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Ability to seamlessly transition between two school sites located nearby Experience conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing targeted interventions in a school setting

Core Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language therapy that supports IEP goals for students in both sites Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to track student progress and compliance Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines Participate in meetings and collaborate on developing comprehensive support plans Empower families by providing guidance and progress updates Adapt therapy plans as needed to address the unique needs of each student
