Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year offers a chance to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a diverse caseload and plenty of room for professional growth. Qualifications and Desired Experience:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working in schools is a plus Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to changing needs

Primary Responsibilities:Conduct student evaluations to determine speech and language needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents as needed Stay up to date with best practices and state standards
