What We’re Seeking:Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of VirginiaOpen to SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC candidates passionate about working with school-aged children (K-12)Experience or coursework in school-based settings is highly preferredStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsAbility to travel between locations in the assigned service areaCommitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across multiple schools (K-12 populations)Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain all required documentationCollaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to develop and monitor student progressParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal developmentDeliver therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals, primarily at school sites within the service areas Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule of 7.33 hours per day, five days per week throughout the school year.
