Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email and phone (quotes, orders, changes)
Enter and manage orders in our rental/CRM systems
Coordinate delivery schedules with our operations/driver team
Ensure accuracy of orders (quantities, dates, locations, details)
Assist with system improvements and process upgrades as we transition platforms
Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve quickly
Support basic sales by recommending additional rental items when appropriate
Maintain organized records and customer communication history

What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM, email systems, etc.)
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Problem-solver with a “solutions-oriented” mindset
Team player who works well with both office and field staff
Bonus: experience in events, rentals, logistics, or operations

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 | + Commissions
