They've been in the market for 40+ years, have closed 300+ transactions, and carry institutional backing from a global investment bank. This is not a startup trying to find its footing. What you'll own:
Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from strategy through close
Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle
Manage deal teams, drive financial analysis, and provide strategic direction
Contribute to business development and help shape the firm's continued growth
What you bring:
5+ years in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
A track record of managing complex deals and getting them across the finish line
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Series 79 or 82 license preferred
The ability to lead a room, manage a client, and mentor a team
