Field Service Technician - Preventative Maintenance

We're searching for a Preventative Maintenance Field Service Technician, someone who's ready to grow with our company. In this position, you'll be performing preventive maintenance on various types of customer/rental machines as per machine guidelines in a safe and timely manner on customer job sites.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Drives to customer's job site daily to complete preventive maintenance
• Onsite maintenance of Oil change, Fluids and Filters (Not Engineer Repairs)
• Performs all necessary preventive maintenance work for each specific interval service
• Completes all work orders, time sheets & inspections from completed services
• Operates service truck safely and complies with all regulations
• Must be able to obtain a CDL license if required
Skills & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical background with 2 to 3 years of experience with heavy equipment, automotive, or on highway trucks required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and occasional weekends, required
• Must be 21 years old or older
• Valid, active driver's license required. Class B CDL license preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English required
• Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file, including but not limited to:
o Road test administered by personnel
o Background check and MVR with less than 10 points
o DOT physical
o Drug screen
• Must not be disqualified to drive a CMV under 49 CFR § 391.15
• Course work from accredited trade school, college or university with emphasis in mechanics, hydraulics, and automotive electronics preferred
