nCino/Salesforce Application Lead.
In this role as an
nCino/Salesforce Application Lead
you’ll provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following:
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.
Program Management
Stakeholder Engagement
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
Experience in leading technical teams.
People management and mentoring capabilities.
Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Location
This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or located at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $145,000-170,000 – $ (Based upon relatable skills/experience)
