
IT PC Support Specialist

As our PC Support Specialist, you will provide first level support for routine operation of our practice management system hardware, basic user operational problems and support for our personal computer supply, network and internet access users. You will work within our ticket and troubleshooting practices, using your customer services experience to maintain smooth functioning of the IT Department and our responsiveness to the IT needs of the organization.
Job Profile:
You will provide level one tech support for end users from tickets or tech help line phone calls.
Do you have experience trouble shooting hardware or basic computer operating problems with users?
Have you been exposed to resolving computer peripherals, network, internet, and practice management system’s use?
Have you managed computer and technology inventory that is organized and easy to use
What We Need:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training and job-related experience
Experience with healthcare related IT desired.
One (1+) years experience in Windows operating environment
