Position Title
PC Support Analyst I
Job Summary
We’re looking for a PC Support Specialist who loves helping people solve technical problems. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to resource for employees who need support with their computers, software, or peripherals. You’ll handle help desk requests, install and maintain hardware and applications, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on how to get the most out of our systems. You’ll also help develop and support custom software tools and ensure everything meets company standards.
In this role, you will
Provide first level, problem‑solving support on all PCs and associated peripherals in a timely manner.
Act as primary contact for PC users through Help Desk.
Install and support PC software and hardware, including peripherals.
Educate PC users on the Local Area Network (LAN) and all software and hardware supported by the MIS Department.
Develop and maintain application specific software for users.
Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and standards applicable to assigned responsibilities.
Repair broken hardware and assist the user in restoring damaged or lost software.
Assist users in the development of software solutions.
Additional duties as assigned.
We need someone who has
Requires a minimum of two years of experience with enterprise‑level desktop support.
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
We prefer
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field desirable.
