Goldfish Swim School is looking for
high-energy individuals
to help bring our mascot,
Bubbles the Goldfish , to life! This is a fun, part-time opportunity ideal for outgoing people who enjoy interacting with families and being part of the community.
You'll work in pairs: one person wears the mascot costume while the other supports as a handler-chatting with families, handing out flyers, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll take turns throughout the shift.
What You'll Do:
Entertain and engage the public as Bubbles the mascot at community hotspots and nearby businesses.
Hand out promotional materials and answer general questions about our swim programs.
Switch roles between mascot performer and handler during your shift.
Be a cheerful and energetic presence that represents Goldfish Swim School's positive culture.
Job Details:
Part-time | ~15 hours per week
Shift Times:
Weekdays during either lunchtime (12 PM - 3 PM) or early evening (4 PM - 7 PM)
Pay:
$16-$18 per hour, depending on experience
No prior mascot or marketing experience needed!
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with kids and parents.
Must be able to stand and walk for 3-hour shifts.
Comfortable wearing a mascot costume outdoors (we use a lightweight inflatable version).
Positive attitude and team mindset.
