What will you do?
Diagnosing/reparing custard machines
Perform upkeep maintenance
Troubleshoot system issues
Clean,reassemble parts during breaks in homestands
Communicate missing/broken parts for ordering
Maintain service records of machines
More about you
Ability to work cooperatively with other team members in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a flexible schedule
Experience with diagnosing, repairing, maintaining/cleaning, and servicing frozen custard/soft serve machines.
Game day preventative maintenance and timely repairs in a fast-paced foodservice environment.
Physical requirements
Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during the entire length of the shift
Exposure to varying outdoor temperatures, depending on the season
