
Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities
Determine optimal stock levels, identifying potential shortages or overstocks, and recommending appropriate replenishment levels while adjusting as needed
Perform MRP report to identify and suggest replenishment stock orders within ERP system
Conduct daily bill of material planning reviews to initiate sourcing and purchasing requirements
Responsible for maintaining inventory part information within ERP system.
Work closely with sales & operations to forecast and maintain appropriate equipment stock levels
Implementation and maintenance of key inventory planning metrics.
Collaborate with relevant departments to reduce excess and obsolete inventory
Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in inventory management and demand planning
Generating regular reports on inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and other key performance indicators
Support company initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity goals and objectives
Compile inventory reports and issue them to management when required
Requirements
Previous inventory management experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated aptitude for maintaining inventory accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment or Physical Demands
Work in a climate-controlled factory
Stand continuously for long periods of time
Wearing safety clothing and equipment is required
Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machine
Able to lift-up to 60Ibs
