Key Responsibilities
The Command Center: Manage the shipping/receiving desk, including driver check-ins, dock door assignments, and real-time dispatching.
Inventory Integrity: Lead cycle counts, manage inventory reconciliation, and coordinate seamless product transfers between multiple warehouse locations.
The Paperwork Pro: Generate accurate Bill of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels; manage complex invoicing and pricing structures with 100% accuracy.
Account Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients. Use your professional phone presence to resolve supply chain delays and negotiate carrier solutions.
Compliance Champion: Maintain rigorous documentation for safety protocols (including Cold Chain/Food Safety) to ensure we remain audit-ready at all times.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Key Qualifications for the Logistics / Operations Admin:
Logistics & Inventory Control:
Must be comfortable managing
inventory and cycle counts , as well as coordinating the
transfer of product between warehouses .
Shipping & Receiving Desk:
Proficiency in checking drivers in/out,
dispatching , and dock door assignments. They need to be experts at generating
BOLs , shipping labels, and managing
invoicing/pricing .
Technical Systems : Deep experience with
ERP systems
and
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
is non-negotiable.
Customer Service & Account Management:
This person is the bridge. They need a professional phone presence to handle vendor negotiations and resolve supply chain delays.
Safety & Protocol : Strict adherence to
safety protocols
(like cold chain or food safety) and maintaining organized documentation/records.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 4 hours at one time
working weekends
