Sr. Java Developer

with a client in
Austin, TX.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable, lowlatency Java/Spring applications on AWS while building REST APIs, integrating Oracle/NoSQL data stores, and owning endtoend development and quality .
Rate Range:
$49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr. Java Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highperformance enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Build and optimize lowlatency services and datadriven APIs, integrating Oracle and NoSQL databases within distributed AWS environments.
Lead endtoend development efforts, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Apply TestDriven Development (TDD), CI/CD practices, and performance tuning to ensure high code quality and reliability.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust, maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of handson experience in enterprise Java application development.
Prior experience working with Apple or other large-scale Big Tech environments, delivering highquality, productiongrade solutions.
Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Oracle & NoSQL databases, and AWS within distributed system architectures .

Pay Details:
$49.00 to $56.00 per hour
