Position Purpose
The Front Desk Receptionist works under the supervision of the Head of School and is responsible for answering phones and greeting staff, students, and visitors to a CEC campus. Applicants to our Aurora campus must be proficient in English and Spanish.
Job Duties
Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website.
Professionally answers all incoming phone calls promptly and directs callers to appropriate staff.
Provides exceptional customer services by greeting all staff, students, and visitors to a CEC campus.
Processes all visitors using the Raptor system.
Supports school security by checking student and staff IDs when entering/exiting the school.
Supports staff in ensuring students are in dress code and directing students to appropriate staff for questions.
Provides support to other CEC staff as requested by the Head of School.
Participates in professional development as requested by the Head of School.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior successful clerical experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Conditions of Employment
