Front Desk Campus Receptionist
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Campus Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff.
In this role, you will help create a welcoming campus environment while supporting the Admissions team with administrative tasks and communication. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that helps students start their aviation careers, we encourage you to apply.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 4pm to 7:30pm
Saturday's 9am to 1pm. 1 Saturday a month or as needed
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist campus visitors, students, and prospective students.
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide front desk support and maintain a professional reception area.
Assist the Admissions team with documentation and administrative tasks.
Enter and manage inquiries in CampusNexus.
Track and report daily activity related to interviews and financial aid appointments.
Maintain records of lead returns and assist with appointment follow-ups.
Provide administrative assistance to faculty and staff as needed.
Support campus operations with additional tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred:
Receptionist or front desk experience
Experience in higher education or admissions
Familiarity with CampusNexus
