We are seeking a skilled and motivated
IT Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and maintain IT infrastructure while providing technical assistance to end-users across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong foundation in hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures
Support additional IT-related tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
Associate's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with network troubleshooting and TCP/IP protocols
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
May require walking, reaching, kneeling, and other physical activity
