Position:
Part-time and Full-time Front Desk / Guest Service Representative
Shifts Available:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests
Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

Friendly, positive, and energetic
Passionate about hospitality and helping others
Professional and reliable
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A strong communicator-both verbally and in writing
Able to stand for extended periods
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus-but the right attitude and personality matter most!
