Shifts Available:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekdays & Weekends Available

What You'll Do

As part of our Front Desk team, you'll:

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests
Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:? Friendly, positive, and energetic ? Passionate about hospitality and helping others ? Professional and reliable ? Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment ? A strong communicator-both verbally and in writing ? Able to stand for extended periods ? Available evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus-but the right attitude and personality matter most!

Requirements

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Great attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of local attractions and entertainment venues
Considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and backup systems
Above average mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with employees and guests
Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, some of whom will require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy, to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
