This is a remote position suited for individuals who are detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple coordination tasks in a virtual environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
Manage reservation details including dates, room types, and special requests
Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly documented
Communicate confirmations, updates, and any changes in a timely manner
Track multiple reservations and maintain organized records
Support overall coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requestsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable navigating online systems and digital tools
Preferred Background
Experience in hospitality, coordination, or customer support roles
Interest in hotels, resorts, or guest services environments
