Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Travel Services Coordinator to assist with organizing travel-related services and coordinating client requests. This role focuses on managing travel details, supporting the booking process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel-related services including scheduling, reservations, and client requests

Assist with organizing travel details based on client needs and preferences

Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details in a timely manner

Maintain organized records and track multiple requests simultaneously

Provide support throughout the planning and coordination process

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable using online tools, email, and scheduling systems
