Position Overview

Itinerary Coordinator

to assist with organizing and managing travel plans and schedules. This role focuses on structuring itineraries, coordinating details, and ensuring all arrangements are accurate and aligned with client needs. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organizing timelines, and working in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and organize detailed itineraries based on client preferences and schedules

Coordinate travel details including timing, reservations, and activities

Review itinerary components to ensure accuracy and completeness

Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details clearly

Maintain organized records of itineraries and client information

Monitor timelines and ensure all arrangements are properly aligned

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Comfortable managing multiple itineraries and deadlines

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems

Experience in coordination, scheduling, or customer service roles
