Ensure all project requirements—including features, integrations, and theme customizations—are clearly defined and documented.
Maintain a detailed understanding of effort estimation, resource allocation, and technical feasibility for each project.
Proactively manage scope, ensuring that out‑of‑scope requests are either reined in or processed via formal change orders.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Provide clear, proactive communication regarding project status, priorities, next steps, and risks.
Ensure detailed and organized documentation in project management tools, tickets, and client communications.
Surface and escape risks early to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Monitor project progress and course‑correct as needed to maintain schedules and budgets.
Ensure a defect‑free launch process, coordinating testing, bug tracking, and resolution efforts.
Maintain a balance between process and flexibility, adjusting workflows to fit project complexities and constraints.
Skills

Working knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, including platform features, apps, and integrations, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies for clients.
Analytical mindset with the intellectual curiosity to seek context and insight behind numbers, coupled with strong business acumen.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple clients and projects, balancing competing priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
Level‑headed and positive under pressure.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Basecamp, JIRA, Harvest and Forecast.
Experience

3‑5 years of experience in an e‑Commerce environment, ideally as a Project Manager, e‑Commerce Manager, or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
Compensation
