Overview
We’re looking for a Technical E‑Commerce Specialist to support the backend and technical operations of our e‑commerce platforms. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role focuses on website support, system integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting issues that impact site performance and data accuracy. Ideal for someone with foundational e‑commerce experience who’s eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Support backend website management (primarily Shopify)

Assist with site updates, configurations, testing, and QA

Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Shopify, ERP, CRM, and third‑party tools

Support API connections and data flow accuracy

Assist with digital projects (store locator, CRM integrations, retail channels)

Document workflows and upscale technical issues as needed

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce ops, website administration, or technical support

Experience with Shopify or similar platforms

Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flow

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred

Exposure to ERP or CRM systems

Experience in retail, beauty, or CPG industries
