Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Hadoop/Informatica Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Hadoop/Informatica Developer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Design and develop data warehouse solutions with hands-on ETL development in a Data Warehouse environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership and pride in deliverables.
Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams, coordinating with support, development, and testing teams.
Work closely with Business Analysts to understand requirements and develop high-level and detailed design solutions.
Propose technical solutions to address business problems, identify gaps in technology, and implement improvements.
What's Needed?
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling concepts.
Experience with Hadoop, Informatica, and Teradata.
Expert knowledge of Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
Hands-on experience with ETL processing, handling large data volumes, and performance tuning.
Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
