Job Title: EMC-Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an EMC-Technician where you will work on the 1st shift from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are meticulously followed and documented.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and production procedures and document all processes for assigned work.
Perform manual production tasks including material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.
Engage in tasks associated with natural dairy flavor manufacturing.
Utilize a computer inventory control system effectively.
Efficiently complete assigned tasks and duties.
Adhere to safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
HACCP and GMP experience.
6 months to 5 years of experience in food production, with mixing/blending experience being advantageous.
Experience in quality documentation.
Mechanical aptitude and compounding skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of food safety requirements.
Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Quality Food program.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
Ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to manage frequent changes and unexpected delays professionally.
Capability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
