Key Responsibilities

AMS Support (L2/L3):

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents related to SAP SD and OTC processes.
OTC Process Management:

Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping & Delivery, and Billing & Invoicing.
Core SD Knowledge:

Strong configuration experience in Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, and Billing.
Technical Troubleshooting:

Handle EDI/IDOC failures, ALE issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes.
Enhancements and Changes:

Work on change management tickets, write functional specifications for ABAP custom programs/interfaces, and support UAT.
Integration Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, BASIS etc.) to manage integration scenarios.
Documentation:

Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge transfer materials, and functional documentation.
Stakeholder Management:

Work with client business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and provide on-call support.
Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
