Job Overview:
Our client is actively seeking an experienced

SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst

to support and drive key initiatives focused on

Returns Management Authorization (RMA)

processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in

SAP SD , hands-on experience configuring

returns and reverse logistics processes , and a strong understanding of

EDI integration using IDocs .
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years

of experience in

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

with a strong focus on

Order-to-Cash

processes.
Proven hands-on experience in implementing and configuring

returns and reverse logistics scenarios .
Expertise in

EDI configuration and IDoc management

(X12, EDIFACT standards).
Experience working with

SAP CPI or other middleware tools

for EDI-IDoc mappings.
Strong knowledge of

cross-functional integration

between SD, MM, FI, and external systems.
Ability to work in fast-paced, complex global rollouts.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with

SAP S/4HANA
Background in

manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries

where reverse logistics and returns are complex
Prior experience in global

rollout or template design

projects
