Drive cross-functional alignment across:
Supply Chain / Operations
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Provide regular status updates and escalation management
Process Design & Optimization
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
Required Qualifications
7–12+ years’ experience in:
EDI integration (ASN, logistics, supply chain transactions)
Technical program / project management
Strong understanding of:
Supply chain / RMA processes
Warehouse & logistics operations
Experience integrating systems such as:
ERP (SAP preferred)
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Auto RMA / reverse logistics workflows
Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
Experience with middleware / integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Background in hardware, manufacturing, or tech supply chain
Success Outcomes
Automated RMA process with minimal manual intervention
Real-time visibility across shipments, returns, and inventory
Scalable solution supporting high-volume customers
