At Tioga Downs, we're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Relations Specialist to join our Serenity Spa team. In this role, you'll be the first and last point of contact for guests-ensuring every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. This is a great opportunity for someone starting a career in cosmetology or the spa industry.

What You'll Do:
Greet guests warmly and create a positive first and last impression
Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions about services and products
Schedule, update, and manage spa appointments efficiently
Check guests in, process payments, and maintain accurate records
Promote spa services, retail products, and current promotions
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked reception area
Handle cash transactions and maintain the spa desk bank
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Communicate guest or staff concerns to management and help find solutions
What Yo
u Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong customer service experience and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and listening abilities
Experience with scheduling, organization, and cash handling
Basic computer knowledge
Spa or salon experience preferred
Work Environment:
Enjoy working in a peaceful, guest-focused spa setting. This role involves standing, interacting with guests throughout your shift, multitasking, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
