IT Project Manager - Networking
JOB DESCRIPTION
ACTIVE PMP IS REQUIRED
7+ years project management experience having led large enterprise projects-
ENTERPRISE is key and required
Must be well versed in Networking, Network integration/connectivity between buildings and experienced within Cabling/Cat 6 projects
Candidates must have experience in
one of the following areas :
Identity Management
Identity Governance
Active Directory / Disaster Recovery /fail overs
Must have experience with budgets of $1m+
Must have experience in both infrastructure or application development. There's no preference for one over the other.
Candidates must bring both Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
Vendor Management experience for IT projects- Traceability matrix, deliverables management etc.
Solid background in Information Technology, specifically SDLC project work with extensive experience in hands-on project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Server) is required.
Strong documentation experience with ability to forecast for time / cost is terms of resources and labor
Managing implementations that include a vendor solution (and therefore vendor management) would be particularly beneficial.
