If you enjoy working indoors, interacting with guests, and maintaining a fun yet safe atmosphere, we'd love to have you on our team!
What You'll Do
Operate and monitor attractions, including XD dark ride, laser tag, and arcade games.
Ensure guest safety by enforcing attraction rules, height requirements, and operational guidelines.
Proactively engage with guests, provide clear instructions, and create a welcoming environment.
Identify and stop any unsafe behavior immediately to maintain a secure experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all attractions are in proper working order.
Assist guests with any attraction-related questions and troubleshoot minor issues.
Cross-train as a cashier to support team operations when needed.

Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required if under 18).
Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days!).
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have an outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service abilities.
Must be comfortable enforcing safety policies while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be well-groomed and maintain a neat appearance.
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and move in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work under pressure with distractions and interruptions.
