Job Responsibilities
Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift
Help make our guests feel welcome
Ensure all departments have adequate staffing along with the assistance they need
Oversee all departments during shift (outside team, arcade team, cashier team, serving team, kitchen team)
Control labor costs for each department during that shift
Keep a clean, well-maintained, and happy environment for our guests
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
A minimum of 3 years prior management experience
Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment
Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
Well-groomed and neat appearance
Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
Enjoys working through problems and come up with solutions
The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-pace environment
