Compensation

What You'll Be Doing
Translate and adapt platform features into Spanish while preserving intent and usability
Develop and maintain front-end heavy applications (?70% UI-focused work)
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, planning, and retrospectives
Contribute to system design, architecture, and code quality practices
Build and support CI/CD pipelines
Partner closely with bilingual engineers to solve localization challenges
Ensure UI/UX integrity when handling language-based layout differences
What You'll Need to be Considered
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to code across languages
Strong understanding of how language translation impacts UI/UX and application logic
Experience working within both legacy systems and modern frameworks simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Java (Spring ecosystem) and React-based front ends
Ability to navigate localization challenges such as text expansion and layout constraints
