Job Summary:
We are looking for a backend-focused software engineer with solid experience in both Python and Java, as well as strong familiarity with AWS. This role involves building scalable services and APIs to power modern applications in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Java.
Build APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems that are cloud-native.
Work with AWS infrastructure and services for hosting, storage, and compute.
Write unit, integration, and performance tests.
Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams for automated deployments and observability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product and architecture discussions.
Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience with Python and Java.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless architecture.
Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS), and CI/CD.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
