Warehouse Equipment Operator - Days & Night Shifts

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to support operations in a high-volume, modern distribution environment. This role focuses on operating powered equipment-primarily cherry pickers-to safely retrieve, move, and store products while meeting productivity and safety standards.
Location : Romeoville, IL
Available Schedules:
• Sun - Tues 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wed - Sat 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Sun - Tues 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Wed - Sat 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Compensation:
• $22.50-$24.50 per hour
Primary Duties
• Operate cherry picker equipment to pick and stage inventory at elevated
heights.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory accurately.
• Move, lift, and position product safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols while working at heights and on the
warehouse floor.
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet daily volume
goals.
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 years of recent cherry picker experience (required)
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 35 feet
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and perform team lifts of heavier items
• Able to remain on your feet and active for 8+ hours per shift
• Familiar with scanning devices and warehouse technology
• Prior distribution or logistics experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and understand English
