Job Description:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience
Manage front desk operations including visitor check-in, badge distribution, and adherence to security protocols
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, onboarding support, and work order requests
Organize and support on-site events, including scheduling space, coordinating vendors, and managing setup and breakdown
Arrange dining, recreational, and business services as requested
Respond to employee and guest inquiries, resolving issues with a strong customer service focus
Partner with vendors and service providers to support daily office operations
Follow all site-specific safety and emergency procedures
Assist with administrative tasks including presentations and internal communications
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED
Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to follow established procedures and handle routine tasks with accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
