Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative support to leadership and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
Oversee daily front desk operations, including handling incoming deliveries and mail distribution
Maintain office and breakroom inventory by tracking and replenishing supplies as needed
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, routing messages to the appropriate contacts
Provide administrative support to leadership, including coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
Assist with travel planning and expense tracking for team members
Support general office organization and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or support role
Demonstrated experience managing multi-line phone systems and high call volume
Strong customer service approach with a professional and approachable demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, or calendars for team members or leadership
Familiarity with expense reporting or budget tracking is preferred
Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience in a related industry such as HVAC or distribution is a plus
Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required
