
Receptionist- Full Time and Part time

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate receptionist to join our skilled nursing facility team. This role is the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a part-time position with approximately 22 hours per week. The schedule may vary and includes every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, staff, and all visitors
• Greet and assist visitors with kiosk screening
• Operate a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, and copying
• Compose and respond to routine email correspondence
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
• Scan and upload medical records as needed
• Assist with Accounts payable tasks when necessary
• Retrieve residents for schedule medical appointments
• Welcome and assist new admits
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions
• Support team operations with flexibility and a positive attitude
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to resident rights and dignity
