According to each plant's capacity to arrange the production plan, track and monitor it,commite the delivery schedule of sale orders,make sure the shippment schedule on time, and assiste the department manager to deal with rountine work. III. Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Balance the factory orders to ensure timely and simultaneous delivery2Effectively control the order of each plant to ensure smoothy logistics3Timely adjustment programs, control production anomalies, to meet customer demand delivery4According to the order status to arrange outsourcing service or produce on other plants, in order to meet customers' orders.5Improve the rationality of the factory process production schedule , enhance the delivery of factory production6Supervise the production system operation effectively, enhance the track of production delivery7Control the inventory of products in progress and finished products at a reasonable level to avoid overdue and sluggishness8Make sure to achieve the department's KPI9Timely completion and improvement of matters assigned by superiors10Understand the environmental factors, hazards and control methods;11Implement integrated management system to implement the provisions of the relevant documents;12Do classification of waste deposited in own postion;13Other duties as assigned;14Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.IV. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.ExperienceWork experience in planning department is preferredEducationBachelor in Supply Chain and other related fieldPhysical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o in good health, available to work long time with computer, bear high stressOther RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses,steel-toed work boots and reflective vests
