Hospitality Account Support Coordinator

What You'll Do:
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the SSB Hospitality Sales team, including performing tasks related to customer and order management (e.g. Billing, Reporting, Shipments, Communications)
Support order entry functions, including electronic orders, reviews orders for accuracy; works with factory CSR and Credit Analyst to release orders for production. Interact with Operations/Factory associates to ensure order fulfillment and serve as liaison to plants to communicate delivery requirements.
Communicates critical terms and conditions of sales orders and any other special issues related to accounts or transactions to all stakeholders
Review "credit hold" reports; work with the credit department to research and solve problems.
Review daily order metrics for accuracy of orders entered by the sales reps.
Maintains current knowledge of SSB Hospitality products, services, and marketing techniques, ordering procedures and pricing schedules.
Assist sales reps with various admin duties (e.g. Account set up, Plant liaison, Order amendments)
Work in tandem with other coordinators to manage general hospitality inbox emails.
Performs related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
Excellent customer service and account management skills employing attention to detail
Proficient with problem identification and conflict resolution
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel
Detail-oriented; a high degree of accuracy is required
Problem solving and Critical Thinking
Associate's degree is a plus, but not required
