Position Title: Senior AI Data Scientist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Range: $65 to $68
Must Haves
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
Strong Python (data analysis, libraries)
Strong SQL and large-scale data manipulation
Experience with advanced analytics and BI tools
Experience with model evaluation and experimentation
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Curiosity and hypothesis-driven mindset
Ability to clearly communicate complex findings
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices
Ability to determine when to use specific GenAI models
Exposure to LLM ecosystem
7+ years data science
4+ years FinTech
1.5+ years GenAI
