Must-Haves:
Prior experience as a business analyst in technical delivery.
Strong communication skills with technical, business, and quantitative model stakeholders.
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, SQL, and Python.
Experience with project management tools.
Background in risk technology or risk management.
Self-starter with excellent technical skills.
Day To Day:
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical requirements meet business needs.
Perform complex data analysis and design strategic data models.
Contribute to agile routines, including sprint and capacity planning.
Maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
Review initial testing and implementation to ensure accuracy.
Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$65 to $68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
