Role Overview:
The Texas Department of Public Safety requires a senior-level Database Administrator to manage and support DB2 database environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DB2 licensing and database management on AIX/Unix platforms.
Required Skills (Must Have):
8+ years of experience with DB2 Databases.
8+ years of experience with DB2 licensing/passport advantage.
2+ years of experience on AIX/UNIX/Linux Platforms.
2+ years of experience with Shell programming/scripting.
Must clear a comprehensive criminal background check
as authorized by Texas law.
Preferred Skills:
Previous or current State Government experience
(Highly Desired).
5+ years of experience specifically with
DB2 on AIX .

are required upon submission.
