
Quality Assurance Analyst

The QTI Group is partnering with a public-private financial agency to find a Quality Assurance Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring skills with attention to detail, reviewing and validating data, managing complex records, and an aptitude for process improvement for this key behind-the-scenes role. This is a temporary position that will start as soon as possible and run at least through the fall, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Pay rate: $25.00/hr-$30.00/hr Location: This role is primarily remote, with occasional required days in-office in Madison for trainings and meetings. Must reside in Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:Perform quality assurance on files, records, and spreadsheets.
Perform internal compliance audits of data, processes, and systems, and create reports.
Navigate complex documentation and follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve questions.
Contribute to maintaining and improving internal processes to increase data quality and internal control efficiencies.
Uphold confidentiality by following best practices with personally identifiable information.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:Prior compliance, internal audit, quality control, quality assurance, underwriting, financial analysis, or data-review experience is strongly preferred.
Qualitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years of work experience.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Technology:Excel: Comfort working with and understanding formulas strongly preferred.
PowerBI: Experience gleaning information from dashboards preferred; do not need skills in creating reports.
Training will be provided on Salesforce, Enable, and SharePoint.
