Manufacturing Customer Service Personnel
for a client in the Rio Rancho area. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customer orders, documentation, shipping paperwork, and internal communication in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and acknowledge customer orders
Review customer orders against quotes for accuracy
Input orders into the system
Process and distribute change notices
Help establish and maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare and manage shipping and invoicing paperwork
Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Complete all duties and tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Customer Service Supervisor
Skills and Experience
Requirements
Customer service, administrative, or order processing experience preferred
Manufacturing or production environment experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer and data entry skills
Ability to review paperwork, quotes, and customer order details
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Dependable and professional work ethic
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-driven, and able to support both customers and internal teams with professionalism. This person should be comfortable handling order entry, paperwork, change notices, and shipping or invoicing documentation while helping maintain a positive customer experience.
