Pay: $22-$24/hour based on experience

Job Description
This role is responsible for accurately picking and delivering work orders and safely moving materials from the stockroom to the assembly floor. The position also supports daily receipt of goods from vendors and shipment of products to domestic and international customers. Approximately 30-40% of the role involves operating high reach and sit-down forklifts in a clean manufacturing warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts, customer sample products, rejections, and RMAs for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Prepare and ship office documents in a timely and organized manner.
Use UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship software to process domestic and international shipments.
Apply knowledge of international shipping regulations, including appropriate use of Certificates of Origin, USMCA documentation, ISPM-15 requirements, and Shipper's Letters of Instruction.
Learn and utilize the TOTALogistix (TLX) TMS portal to arrange LTL, dedicated, expedited, and international air freight shipments.
Compare freight rates for all LTL and air shipments using at least two carriers to ensure cost-effective options.
Prepare LTL and express freight bills and create accurate customer labels for LTL shipments.
Prepare invoices and international shipping documents for orders not created on a sales order or requiring country-specific documentation.
Create and complete shipping orders when the requisitioner has not provided the necessary paperwork.
Post and issue all inventory parts shipments in the system, maintaining accurate records.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of packing materials and keep pack list files current and organized.
Safely load and unload heavy machinery, or actively learn to perform these tasks under guidance.
File and forward all required shipping documents to the accounting team in a timely manner.
Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow all safety rules within the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
Collaborate with the Spare Parts team and other internal departments in a professional and timely manner to support operational needs.
Assist with general warehouse functions including unloading trucks, putting parts away, picking and issuing materials, and performing cycle counts.
Support regular cycle counting activities to help maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform all other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to ensure reliable support for warehouse and shipping activities.
Effectively utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and computer peripherals as needed for daily tasks.
Climb ladders and movable stairs safely and consistently to access inventory and equipment.
Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 75 pounds intermittently while handling materials and equipment.
Operate forklifts safely and effectively on a consistent basis to move and stage machines and machine parts.
Maintain a high degree of mobility to move throughout the warehouse and production areas to stage machines and parts.
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels within the organization.
Maintain the visual acuity needed for close work, distance viewing, color identification, peripheral awareness, depth perception, and focus adjustment while performing warehouse tasks.
Essential Skills

High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (preferred).
Proven ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and effectively.
Experience or strong comfort working in a warehouse and logistics setting.
Ability to use stand-up and high reach forklifts or willingness to learn.
Proficiency or willingness to learn UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship shipping software.
Familiarity with or ability to learn international shipping regulations, including Certificates of Origin, USMCA documentation, ISPM-15, and Shipper's Letters of Instruction.
Ability to learn and use the TOTALogistix (TLX) TMS portal for LTL, dedicated, expedited, and international air freight shipments.
Basic computer skills and comfort working with shipping and inventory systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and 75 lbs intermittently.
Ability to climb ladders and movable stairs on a consistent basis.
Strong mobility to move and stage machines and machine parts continuously.
Clear and effective communication skills with colleagues across the organization.
Reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, shipping, and documentation.
Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous high reach forklift experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using RF scan guns in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Ability to safely load and unload heavy machinery or willingness to be trained.
Experience comparing carrier rates and preparing LTL or express freight bills.
Experience preparing international shipping documents and invoices for country-specific regulations.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels of packing materials and accurate pack list files.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Spare Parts and other internal customers.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, precision, and accurate recordkeeping.
Results-focused approach with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fairly clean manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime available as required by operational needs. The position involves approximately 30-40% of the time operating high reach and sit-down forklifts and using RF scan guns, shipping software, and computer systems. You will regularly move throughout the facility, climb ladders and movable stairs, and handle materials of varying sizes and weights. Steel-toed boots are required as part of the dress code to ensure safety on the floor. The environment is structured and stable, with well-defined processes, and emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
