Overview
We are seeking a POC Administrator to support project teams in a fast-paced environment by managing points of connection (POC) for facility services. This role involves working closely with onsite teams, maintaining databases, coordinating project information, and assisting with field verification activities. The position requires occasional travel to the client site, along with remote work flexibility. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity expected to convert after 3-6 months based on performance and team fit.
Responsibilities

Work alongside project teams to execute daily tasks and support project goals
Track and assign points of connection (POC) for facility services
Manage and maintain project databases with accurate information
Review TSR data, input updates, and follow up on missing details
Participate in meetings and prepare supporting documentation
Review Bluebeam sessions and apply markups as needed
Communicate with internal teams to gather required project data
Create laminated streamers for field tagging
Perform field work such as:

Hanging laminated streamers
Verifying available or occupied POCs
Confirming laterals are installed or not installed
Verifying locations of laterals, POCs, and VMBs

Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications

Experience working with complex databases
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to learn quickly and expand technical knowledge
Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with semiconductor design and/or construction preferred
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and process systems in manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with facilities operations and engineering processes preferred
