Information Technology intern

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA, and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite.

What You Will Be Doing:

Creating a network diagram
Supporting Level 1 IT ServiceDesk
Performing Preventative maintenance
Documenting IT Processes
Organizing IT assets, both physical and digital
IT Inventory updates and inventory procurement
Working with ITSM and Jira
Work alongside a global IT team
What You Bring to TriNetX:

Student studying Computer information systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Network Engineering
1-2 years of prior work experience or a previous internship
Familiarity with IT tools, notably ITSM and Network Diagrams
